i just wanted to know whether having moon in 7th house house in aries sign. does it mean the spouse will be childish or does it mean a mature partner...

Position of Mars, and Navamsha also needs to be taken into account.
But interpretation of this single factor cud be : Marriage with same profession partner or meeting a partner thru profession.
Nature of partner wud be Impulsive-Aggressive.Now intellect is decided by some other factors to actually finalise about maturity level.5th house planets, number and type of planets in air signs ,aspect to ascendant and fifth house overall decide to level fo maturity.
Vedic astrology doesnt believe in significant effects of Uranus, neptune and  pluto but influence of Uranus in selection of a marraige partner i have seen influeneces a person a lot.Uranus afflicting luminaries or  seventh house or ascendant is enough to give cantankerous or impulsive temperament to self or spouse.  
So far , i have personally seen only Mercury in seventh house giving a childish  behaviour of spouse even along with street-smartness of daily life.

Planet placed in 7th house and character of partner depends on planet and its lordship in horo.

Mars: Usually brings short tempered person.
Sun: Mostly strong and bossy
Satun: Lean, slow decision maker and looks lzay
Mercury: fat, average/small height, analytical.
Venus: wheatish, more fand of materialistic pleasures and interest in arts, music, fashion accessories
Jup : Person of average height, soft and forgiving nature.
Rahu: Person ho thinks different ( Mix of mercury and saturn ), chandala character

Now all these characters change based on the lordship of planet, relations to 7th house, exaltation/debiliation,  aspects etc.

Also Kalatrakaraka and his position need to be seen.

For female horoscopy 8th house becomes prominent ahead of 7th house.

Last one to be seen is UL.

After all these observation of D1. We need to see D9 chart.

It is kind of complicated as every planet and houses have multiple roles and meanings. Also different astrologers follow different method ( based on their experience, intuition etc)

Please have patience. You will get your dream partner.. but not in this year 2009. Have patience. In past 6 months you been PMng and asking questions in this board as well as other boards. Several astrologers might have given u enough predictions.

Pls I request you to keep focussed. Close your horoscope and stop thinking nagativities.
One sugestion is chant "Ohm Ganeshaya Namaha" . This will reduce your depresion and let lord ganesha ( although he wanted to remain bachelor for full life)  may send you good partner.

If you are seeing someone , you are in best postion to gadge person ( god gives additional ability for females to gauge men ). actually the reason i am asking questions it is like my marriage is not happening from last 3 - 4 years. that is y i am depressed. more than me my parents are depressed. seeing ones parents depressed so much naturally anyone will like to get answers.
my parents and all r worried of my age.... as nothing is happening from last 4 years.....that is y i am desperately asking questions...
