As per Chinese and Western systems both of your matching is o.k. and smooth going life is promissed.

But as per Vedic system it appears to be not good match.

The lagnas are 6/8 position and rasi lords are inimical to each other.  

From bride's star your star falls on 7.  Your star lord is Ketu and her star lord is Moon.  There also some enmity is see.

Even then you may proceed as both.  There will be some ego problem between you and her.  It may creat som disturbances.
