Dear you r not even sure that what is time and you r thinking of taking lagna or Arudha lagna ...
Can you explain what r u trying to do...

If you r just looking for explanation about this  guy then u can go with chandra lagna but that also will
with lot of approximation.For reference you can refer to KN Rao ji's understanding about this guy who does something like DAVID BLAIN(I will put his name later....)
..But that also just for understanding about someone and not for using it for predicting that also whether he gona be CM or not.......

You cant think of using lagna or Arudha in case with not even sure of range of
time of birth......

but then you know how he looks and quality of his speech. how many times he's been in trouble. how much popularity he has. what effects is linked to what mahadasha. and from there tracing till kunda. you all are very sharp in linking things. i just thought it was simple for you all.

i m just trying to look for a way how to do it.

the whole day chandra is in sravana or dhanishta. in guru mahadasha and shani antar what happens? i m not sure and tried the same technique of trial and error on my friends dobs and got 2 right. like dhanu in lagna can have bulby nose (also guru in it).

people can do it or is it not possible to trace what time they were born.
i have met people so sharp they'll look at your eyes forehead casually ask u ur name and notice your speech stance and tell you so much more. like what dasha ur in. other effects like u broke your right hand and around when.

i thought. tracing nakshatra linking with mahadasha. then lagna.
then varga chakras and if required kunda too.
if you can try also it'll be very helpful sir.
