Rahu conjunct Mars( within 1-degree) in second gives very cruel speech and it makes very hard to start a family. Saturn in 7th is another deay causing factor. Strength due to overall aspects( DrigBala) is all negative expect Saturn is little better here. Delay causing transiting Saturn is aspecting lords of 7th, 10th and Venus, Jupitor is being transited by Rahu rightnow. D9/D10 chart do not provide any support in current transits. Mercury/Saturn period starts from 2009-2011 and when Saturn moves to Virgo in September 2009, expect good results in job and marriage.

Yes you are right native is very cruel in speech and never mix up with any one always lives isolated and mysterious even with family members

Family members are pushing him to marry but he him self not willing to marry so they are little concerned as his age passin
