I have written a couple of threads in this forum and I was happy to receive useful information from the learned vedic scholors here.

My previous question was whether I will get married to my bf as there is huge opposition from my parents.

Parallely, I made an online order for compatibilty chart analysis. My main idea for checking the compatibility is even if my marriage happens without much involvement from my parents, if I lead a happy life with my husband without any shocks or downfall later on, things might ease out. But now the results of the compatibility chart was very disturbing. Our score was 11.5/36 which is very less. I never assumed that I will get so low score because right now me and my bf are not facing any issues amoungst ourselves. All the problem we have is due to parents not accepting. The following is me and my bf details. can any one please analyze the compatibilty chart and let me know. The main places where we lost score was in Gana, Bhakoot, Nadi. All were zero :( Please also let me know is there any remedies for these low scores in each koota. I am worried by thinking that "Am I trying to workout something that is not in my destiny and create more trouble." I thank everyone who is looking into my thread.

Just wanted to share something. A very close couple friend of mine got married without any patri matching because they really wanted to get married inspite of the family struggles and fights.Indian marriages are beautiful because they say its a marriage of two families. Though I know that its the same family that can create lot of grief. Post marriage it was seen that the patris of the couples did not match at all.

I really dont know if there are more astro indicators involved to showcase compatibility or was it the determination of the couple to make their marriage work because they knew they were right for each other.Once things start working then (somehow most  if not many a times)the family starts supporting.

I believe marriage is constant work...once you know and accept that ...the working stops and beauty emerges.

If the boys parents are very much willing to accept you as their Daughter-n-Law, then go for it. Otherwise there's no point troubling parents on both sides (because you started worrying about astrology).

I can assure you this astrology compatibility mismatch thing is one more chance to you to review the situation and take a step. We do not yet have astrologers whom you can rely on 100%.

So, review the situation, considering both the families, then sit with your BF and talk.

I just wanted to say that i know of two couples (currently spilt up) their compatability came up high, but yet it was suggested that they seek advise from well experienced astrologer for ther marriage. This i think is because the VARNA said that he=vaishya and she=Brahmin, thus the suitability is at question.

Any one know why that is so? if all is fine, and they scored high, why question the marriage compatability on VARNA?
