What is a manglik? & what it means for the person?

When SUN, JUP, VEN &KET are in houes 1, what does this mean? and what are its implications on the subject/person?

if RAH is in house 7, SAT in house 4, MAR in house 3, MON in house 12 and MER is in house 2. What does this meand? and its affect on the subject/person?

what is AVAKHADA & GHAT Chakra pls?

what do the following mean or are?  CHARAN, PAYA, KARAN, GAN, TITHI & PRAHA?

if it says Varan = brahmin, what does this say and mean?

However, this is no help to me 1) i have tried this 2) astro and hindu language is unfamiliur to me and therefore  need someone to give me a informative explanataion & understanding of the questions I posed. I just simply would not know where to start.
