You are in Pharma sector from May 2001 as you mentioned and frustration crept up since2003/2004 as I meant to say, but you did not mention.

Since 2004 your work in your present profession felt peaked out, after which you felt the stagnancy.

I do not see you being able to change your line satisfactorily before 2013, as pharma sector would suit you and trying to change from it before 2013 would lead to more troubles and frustrations. You will be tempted to try a business, planned form now to around Jan 2009, maybe begun April to July 2009, which meets with disastrous results post end 2009.

Try to get back to pharma career.
