I did a thorough  analysis and came to the conclusion that the best period starts in Feb 2009 untill moon/mercury period is opertional till mid-2010. Mercury has good shadbala, vimshopak and vaiseshkamsa score. You have Amatiykaraka(RAHU)  and pitrukaraka(Venus)  conjoineed in ASC which is good yoga, at the same time RAHU conjunct  Venus(karaka for marriage) signals  a love marrige, your sadesati also affects this.
In Navansh you have two malefics Saturn and Sun conjoined in 7th house which signals delay in arranged marriage( or some failed romnance). Lord of 9th here  is in ASC( in the house of Venus (and Venus is not afflicted and aspected by Jupitor)  which makes you fortunate overall.
