I am undergoing a LONG period of career stagnation right now. I am on a petition to go to the US as a nurse. When can I expect to be there in the USA? I also want to shift from nursing to medicine. I finished medicine school. Is it likely and if yes, when?

1. Is this career-wise? Nothing monumental really. I was just doing nursing school then. I also decided not to take an exam February 06 which led to me procrastinating until, well, now.  I am taking this on Feb 09.

I also won a trip abroad March 06, but I used that March 07.
