According to vedic astrology you are currently in KARMIC Ketu mahadasa(till 2013) and Ketu is well placed( in it's own house)  in trines in 9th with Jupitor and Moon. This is going to be an overlall very good period for religious studies, travel etc. You are in sub period of Moon the 5th lord  which is placed with Ketu in 9th.
