Dear all,

I have read in an article that aries is debiliated deeply at 20 degrees.
After that there is less impact or none..

Some software ignores the debiliation if its more than 21 degrees?.

Is it true, can you put your valuable opinions?

Thanks
Chandra

I think it does not make much sense at looking a planet in isolation, exalttion, retrogate etc..Look for the planets score in shadbala, astakvarga, vimsopak and Vaiseshamsha- and if the planet is scoring above 4 points in astakvarga and giving over 100% in shadbala vaiseshakmsa is above 2- it will always give good results in dasa and transit irresepective of it's placement.

So, you are still recommending that we see a planet in isolation, by itself, but just see more of its attributes?

If that were true, Jyotish texts would not be using up so many pages after pages after pages in describing and discussing about multi-planetary yogas!

The handwriting was always on the wall, metaphorically speaking, or the palmyra leaves, literally speaking. I don't think Indians ever used stone tablets as popular writing material! But I could be wrong after seeing all the frescos and some beautiful temples that were really *libraries* for the gifted!

What I said is "don't conclude based upon study of a Planet in isolationbe it exaltation, retorgate, dgrees, etc...." don't have much predictive value in vedic astrology. It has to be studied along with yogas/dasa/D-chart/astakvarga/harsh bala/shadbala/vaiseshkamsh/transits etc..
You could have a well placed moon but you may suffer from Kemudrum yoga and the results may or may not be fruitless based upon other tenors of the chart that I pointed.
