Venus dasha is coming to an end and Sun's dasha will begin this year or next for 6 years depending on the ayanamsa used. Sun is the Atmakarak in the third house, lessons in better governance, the government cleaning up its act ?, greater transparency.

Atmakaraka sometimes is seen as creating a blind spot. Kind of like deepak taley andheraa. It is almost like looking at the sun and for a moment (could be as long as a lifetime) the vision is blinded. A lot of modifiers may need to be considered to figure out specifics of course but since this was an incomplete request, perhaps a reading was not the intention of the poster
