all planets concerned with the thinking of an individual i.e. the moon, jupiter and mercury are hemmed in the rahu ketu axis....
i dont thgink this astrological mumbo jumbo can be of any use to u... simply put ur anxiety disorders are very clearly indicated in ur chart... in addition to the usual treatment u must undertake pranayama and meditation seriuosly... i think there will be plenty of such institutions in the us that will teach u these... however if u cant find them... i can send u some literature on this subject provided that u r serious enough
...

Thank you for the help.
I don't really look at astrology, or anything at that matter as being "mumbo jumbo". I believe that everything is valid or has meaning, whether or not the popular opinion believes it our not. I find these kind of studies to be highly meaningful, as they can give great insight into self. I think of existence as somewhat of an illusion(though it may not be). I believe that there are things that we possibly don't understand, and the insight from astrology might be a very significant thing.
On another note, at the stem of my anxiety problems, I sort of always feel disconnected from the "real" world. The medical term that they use in the US or in English country is Depersonalization. Its where the person sort of feels as if everything isn't real or that reality isn't real. I've read that a close conjunction between the Moon and Ketu could cause a sort of disconnect of the mind from the material plane. Is "Depersonalization" the sort of thing that is caused by a close relationship between the Moon and that node?

take the pranayama and meditation seriously... and see the wonders... depolarisation is a sort of unfocussed mind... focus it through meditation... and feel the difference... according to the medical science the brain and the nervous system is the most reaserched and least known subject to the mankind... people in my part of the world are doing these reaserches for over 7000 years now... make use of the results arrived at by them...
god bless

There are also a lot of good things in your chart, for e.g. the exalted sun, I don't see any reason for despair or a feeling as if it's the end of the world for me. Mental Focus, as suggested by RajeevSharmaji, prudence and patience is the key. I will also encourage you to think more before you act, work on your intellectual side if you will, it will be uncomfortable, I know, this will happen naturally once you are mentally more focused.
Just keep the three keywords in mind, Mental Focus, prudence and patience. The prudence part, especially won't come easy, to start with, you might need to talk things through with someone mature and you really trust.
If you initially find meditation boring, do something physical which requires a lot of concentration like playing sports (not weight training) where you need to concentrate on the ball and control your actions for e.g. tennis, basketball etc. After playing ball for an hour or so, then go meditate, let me know the difference.
