Hi Biker,

The ages, 32, 34,36 and 38 corroborate with around  Dec 2010, Dec 2012, Dec 2014 and Dec 2016.

So I set the outer limit for the long term abroad venture between Jan to April 2015.   The main plans for going abroad begins only after Jan 2012, and not before. Any plan of going abroad with a long term thing in mind will not meet with success before 2012 Jan.

In 2011 the gains lie in professional betterment/promotions and not in going abroad with happiness.   However Nov 2010 to June 2011 can make some efforts towards abroad....
 
2012 to 2015 April gives you success in the matter. Only after Jan 2012 that the plan/contact/idea hits your mind, and not before.

You should be happy with the above.
