Right now iam struggling very much in career trying hard but not getting success. Can You guide as which line is suitable for me. Will software development line will be a good choice for  or management, or any else??please guide. iam a mech engineer working as design engineer. And when can i get good job ?? Sir i want to do so many things for my parents.

You seem a very secretive person, and confused about yourself.

Did you complete/leave your education in 2002, probably against your fathers wishes/displeasing your father own wishes, to seek a job?

Did you try to change your line in 20052006, probably influenced by your female friend. Probably running into tougher quarters; ran into much frustration since last year?

I see you becoming more focussed from today, over the next month regarding your plans, and you could get a better job within Nov/Dec2008.

You will feel the need to update yourself after mid 2009, and then would be able to shift your directions again in 2011.
I think Software side suits you more than design, but not sure in this short while.

A feedback would be appreciated. Since I felt you needed guidance more than others, I have given you more than a free prediction.

  First of all iam thankful to you for showing me the path from your busy schedule. Let me tell you something about my self. I can divide my life uptil now into  phases.
1. from childhood upto 18 yrs - easy going care free nature.

2-  Did you complete/leave your education in 2002-- no sir because of my care free nature i failed in exam in july 2001.

3- from say 19yrs- 23 yrs started getting serious about studies and started working hard. i have started becoming more emotional by nature.

4- Did you try to change your line in 2005/2006---- sir i finished my mech engg in 2005  in first class and got my first job in june 2006. Sir i dont have any female friend  uptil now.

5- from 23yrs-uptil now----- Sir i am really putting much efforts but my work is not getting noticed. Sir i dont want prediction on this point when my work will start getting noticed i just want to know whatever i just said in 5th point is true or false. If it is false i will change my nature and think on that.
6- running into tougher quarters; ran into much frustration since last year?

   in dec 2007 i got job in another organisation. i thought i will get good things to learn but it was not like that. from march 08 upto may 08 time was really tough. especially seniors troubled me a lot. From jan 08 uptil now iam idle for atleast 6 months ( dont have much work to do ) so no good experience. thats why much frustrated. so i started learning a software language.

7---- i dream a lot. i have lot of things in my mind that i want to do for my parents. now you have shown me a path. i will definitely continue working harder.
