Your Ketu mahadasa in Vimshottari with Ketu posited in the 5th. in Sapthamsa, besides the 5th. being afflicted from Lagna and moon was the problem.... But  natural putrakaraka Jupiter exalted and having Venus posited in its 5th. is a welcome sign.

Your natural putrakaraka is also charaputrakaraka which affects putra significations. But it is involved in a charakaraka replacement with Venus which becomes your new Putrakaraka.
And you started having Venus Dasa from 2008.


Considering your age as 49, one could rule out you giving another birth the normal way... but your Venus Dasa (5th. dasa) has also started, besides a host of other confirmatory factors, I am to believe very srtongly that it would favor things like some sort of adoption, and getting happiness through it.
