Hi Methinks,
You were born at 4.29 a.m. Canada follows summer/day time during this period. Summer/day time is advanced by 1 hour as you are aware of.
Winnipeg follows Eastern time.
So is this 4.29 a.m. (1) Eastern Day time or (2) Just Eastern time? Any leads?
