what carrer and when he gets stable.
what will be his financials?
we showed to astrologer and that said it a promising kundali.
but no resulats with career.

You have posted the details twice under different headings, Why dont you come up with your analysis of your brothers chart , I am sure that will elicit you more response and better second opinions.

according to your brother horoscope he doesnt have good points
in ashtakavarga and advised not to do business only employment is
good his life starts only after marriage if he is not married yet
