Dear Rajitha,

I mention some points which I consider for the ordeal of not being to bear a child yet:=

1)The 5th. lord, the natural  and chara putrakarka in the 12th. house, afflicted by Saturn . Saturn is 5, 6 lords= Adverse. The yuti of Mars  as 2, 9 th lord is good here.

2) The 9th from the Putrapada is retrograde and combust, though in own house; and this is the 5th. from the Arudha= delaying factor, but not adverse for final result. Fifth from Arudha is in own house.

3)Retrogressed and combusted Venus in the 5th. from Arudha in own house aspected by 5th. and 6th. lord signify there could be some health problem in either the native or spouse obstructing delivery.

4) The beeja sphuta is afflicted by the nodes in perfect degrees and is in an even sign, but if corrected can give positive solutions. Semen problem 'could'  be there. Easy to find out in the modern world of tests. Remember that it is a possibilty as there is not one way for these calculations, and it is a guess.

4)Rahu is in a fruitful sign, but without benefics, which is a light kind of curse. It is also subjected to papa and subha karthari yogas. But checking degree wise the subha karthari is stronger.

Much chances of success., though late.

RishiRahul

Thanks Rishiji.
1) Thanks for confirming the yuti with Mars is good.

2) Why do we see 9th from Putrapada and what is its significance?

3) Another fantastic analysis by you. You never cease to amaze. Yes, both my brother and SIL have some health problems - thyroid problems which makes it difficult for both of them to conceive.
Thanks for this great piece of information.

4) If you don't mind, can you guide me on how to look at beeja sphuta or any material? In US, it is difficult for me to catch hold of books.
Goverdhanji also mentioned that according to BV Raman, beeja can also be a factor. So, I am eager to learn about it.

As always, thanks for your analysis.

Hey Rajitha,

You have such great words for me..always!

I am ot too much of a reader, but Prashna Marga could be a good book. There is another one in my library, but I just cant remember. Hope someone would remind me. Probably Vivekji or Dada could come to my/our rescue ! Govardhanji is very correct in what he said.

Why dont we give the vedic astrology classes to do the explaining?
Putrapada is the image of your house of putra. The 9th. from it signifies its luck factor. The putrapada, if directly afflicted, would have made things worse.

His Sade sati affected the 5th. houe directly the 5th. house. It ceased to affect it directly from mid 2007. So there, maybe through a different perception you saw that putra affairs should have a solution aroud then.. and you were not entirely wrong.

Saturn the antardasa lord, which is instrumental in affecting the putra factors much started its operation till mid 2009; and transit Jupiter coming in position in the natal 9th. and aspecting the natal 5th, amongst the 5th. Muntha well aspected in the tajik chart... confirm that the putra factor comes out in the open within mis 2007 and mid 2008 positively.

Maybe the identification and remedy to problem. They will reach that start of solution to this problem aroud mid May 2008, sparked by developments end March 2008.

Ask them? You may not know about it... and inform this thread.

Here is what I read from the works of Sri B V Raman

"The fifth house may be strong and all the indidcations for the birth of children be present, there will be sometimes no issues or even if the conjugal relation may be happy, but still the birth of child may not fructify, if nthere is no strenght or vitality for Beeja and Kshetra. Beeja is the seed of the male and Kshetra is the bed of thewoman. In Other words Beeja and Kshetra represent, not exactly the sperm and the ovum, but the element that really makes the male and female fluid fertile. The husband and wife may be physiologially normal. Their sex relations may be happy. But still if the Beeja and the Kshetra in their horoscopes are not strong, when judged according to astrological rules, they will not bring forth any issues. When the Beeja (male ) is weak and Kshetra(female) is strong, then children  may be born late in life after undertaking the necessary remedial measures. The strength to cause pregnancy is contributed by the SUN - lord of vitality- in general. The seminal fluid is goverened by Venus. These too must have favourable positions in the horoscope particularly in odd signs. Similarly, in the case of a female, Mars governs the nature of blood and the Moon controls the strength to bear children. These two should occupy  even signs.  "

He further gives an example how to determine  and add thus:

" The following simple rule can be easily tested in the majority of cases, unless other elusive combinations are present in the horoscope.
In the case of male , add together, the logitude of the Sun Venus and Jupiter. Expunge mutlipes of 360 degree,. The sign that is arrives at indicates what is called " Beejasputa" or the the logitude of the seed. Similarly in a female horoscope, add together  thelogitude of Mars, MOOn and Jupiter and expunge multiples of 360 degree , which give khetra sputa. If beeja sputa occupies odd sign and odd navamsa andis aspected by benefics or associated , then there is strength to the seed  and thus the  male is strong and capable of procreation.Similarly the kshetra sphuta should fall in an even sign with such benefic influence. Beeja  and Kshetra should never fall in a malefic sign even it is friendly and above all Rahu should never  inlfuence such sensitive points"

Hope , things are very clear now for you .

Further I wish to add, that birth of good child rests in the hands of parents. Strong, intelligent, good , healthy and with satwic guna child can be produced if the parents have their relationship in a favourable and auspicious time. If one try to understand and analyse, what  Sri B V Raman has said, it will appear that each and every planet has  either directly or indirectly a role to play in the case of child birth , be it malefic or benefic.

As I read such exhaustive explanations  on various other aspects of this great Personalties, I feel that Vedic Astrology is such a science , which covers not only all the aspects of this materialistic world , but all the aspects of this Bhramandam the unlimited boundraries of which  is beyond the Universe we live.

This is probably the wrong forum to deal with this but hopefully a short response would be tolerated and will be my last one on this matter on this thread. The simple reason is that I want jyotishis to be confident. Technical jyotish is very easy, the complexity has been artificially introduced (with not improved effectivity but enormously escalated confusion -- hence so many confused individuals with even more confused questions). There are no secrets or complex math or secret chalice of ancient and sacred gold.

I can only say what I have witnessed and experienced. Perhaps that has been a mistake, politically!
Rohiniji, I agree with what you say except that astrology is an easy subject. It might be easy once you get your initial questions clarified and pass the initial struggles.
Maybe some people just want to try their hand at it and might ask half-baked questions since the internet is an easy media and vent for their thoughts and questions.

That is why I had taken your advice and did my piece of analysis before I posted my question.

Thanks for all your help and guidance.
Yes Govardhanji,

Thank you for mentioning the writer and his words on it. Could you please mention which book by Dr. B.V.Raman it is?
