Looking for advice and guidance in the following matter :


My name is Vimal. Currently I live with my wife and 4 year old son in Mississauga, Canada. We immigrated to Canada in February 2004. Currently we are citizens of Canada.

We are now considering going back home to India and start a fresh life over there again. I am an Engineer with Diploma in Marketing Management having about 7 years of Sales & Marketing experience before coming to Canada and about one year of sales experience in
Canada. My wife is also an Engineer  with MBA in Marketing having about 2 years of engineering experience before coming to Canada and about one year of sales and customer service experience in Canada.

My question is if we decide to move back to India, will we able to settle again over their quickly ? Do we have any possibility to going back to India or we will be continue living here in Canada ? If we have a possibility to move back to India, approximately when will that happen ?

Sorry for hijacking this thread but by the way proj did you look at the reason for how the thing happened,that i mentioned in my thread. when the astrologers said there was no way it could happen.

Here is my explanation :

For me it is not that important to live rest of my life in Canada or India. But my wife likes to resettle again in India. She started thinking about this from last six months or so. Here are her reasons behind it.

1. She likes to live nearer to relatives and siblings.
2. Indian economy and job market is booming right now. So she thinks that we can resettle there quickly.
3. She does not like the kind of jobs she is doing (or will be getting) in Canada for her education. Moreover she is thinking not to work in India if I get very good job over there. She would like to take care of our son on full time basis in India if I get very good job over there.
4. Also she hates the extreme cold & hot Canadian weather.

As far as myself is concern, if I can get decent job in India and my wife is happy, I have no problem in resettlement back home.
