 First of all iam verymuch thankful to you for helping me. Whatever things you have told are right. I need some guidance and direction from you. Let me tell you something about me.
    Iam a mechanical engineer working for an mechanical software engineering company. I am working hard and also worked hard performed well took responsiblities finished project in time with quality but could not get good increment. Still working hard but not getting opportunity to work in areas of interest. Also in last month i had given interviews in big renowned organisations but failed to get into those organisations. So my confidence is down also feeling restless, somewhat depressed. My dream is to be in well known organisation.
I need guidace for following

1- When will i able to change my job. Iam desperate to change What extra should i learn.
2- Whether i will be successful in getting job in well known organisation.
3- Is there any chance of marriage before 2011-12.

Change of Job is offing, you should be selective. Good period for change in job would be after December.

It is suggested to learn on airborne application software.

Already answered above. However, you must try a job in aeronautical companies.

3- Is there any chance of marriage before 2011-12.
That is too long a period. Time is for marriage is setting in Nov 2008 and it would be your choice when to get married. It will take place before Aug 2009. Spouse would fair in complexion, bright eyes, sharp & well qaulified. She would be in software profession/project.

You need to worship Lord Hanuman and Lord Subramanyam Swami. Every week darshnam would benefit you. Thusday go to Lord Hanuman temple and on Sunday Lord Subramanyam Swami Temple.
