Since September, there has been the feeling of a new chapter or phases in life having started. A refocusing on self, on personal health, learning and a leaning towards spirituality or a need to find meaning in life. Unfortunately, there has also arisen many confusing thoughts and priorities and  a big question/doubt/fear has been about those that surround you, friends and associates and doubts about who or which of these are truly your friends and well-wishers.

The period is not good for impulsive decisions or depending on intuitions because either they will lead to confusions or false decisions/judgments. It is best to rely on reason and pragmatic decision-making. A mother-figure (could be a relative or elderly female teacher or advisor) would be a good source of proper and reliable advice in matters at hand.

This is a good time to learn and practice a spiritual skill or to meditate etc. Meditating on a youthful female deity is best. Avoid the darker forms of worship as you will always tend to be drawn to those and they will tend to be negative and hurtful. Lakshmidevi or similar deity would be best.

If interested, and serious, begin fasting on wednesdays and on days when moon is passing through a nakshatra ruled by venus. Only one meal on those days (wednesdays and venus star days). These should become a long term practice.
