Dear RishiRahulji,

I feel extreme nervous tension and fear when i am in public places and in functions like marriages etc. I feel very very tense when there are too many people around me. This has negatively affected all areas of my life. I fear this might affect my married life as I have many enemies due to this weakness. I think this has happened because of severe setbacks I have faced very early in my life which has killed my self-confidence and also I am stalked by many enemies.

I find it extremely hard to concentrate and as a result my education is incomplete. I am anemic in health. But many say I am intellectually bright. I am introverted, extremely reserved and spend most of my time at home. I am extremely sensitive and feel severe guilt when I commit some mistake. I suffer from hallucinations, imaginary fears and fear trouble from people ill-disposed towards me.

Sir, my query is will I ever come out of this or when will this end and when will I feel confident and attain peace of mind. I also wish to know about my married life and future spouse.

I know all this seems strange but its true. My life till now has been one of extreme suffering.
