Since horoscope is the surest and safest way to know my groom, I am requesting your expert opnion about someone born on Nov. 17th 1974, in USA.  Timing and location are not known.  

I printed his chart and saw that his venus, sun and Rahu are in scorpio.  This is a very big red flag.  aditya chandala yoga, and venu+Rahu creates extramarital affairs.  Please be frank and honest.  You will save my life from getting married to a wrong and pervert man.

Wow! Please dont come to hasty conclusions based on the combination of Rahu,Sun and Venus in the sign of Mars ie Scorpio.
You could also be wrong. The ascendant is important to find out the House they fall in, and so the time of birth,place is very important. The Navamsa Lagna, the location of UL,AL,A7 in Rasi Chart are very important and is dependant on the Time of birth. Venus in scorpio is a question mark. and in Navamsa may not be in a Mars sign afterall. Ven+ Mal [Sat,Mars,or Rahu] is generally bad in 6,7,8,or 12 th House. In fact Sun and Jupiter in conjunction has a tendency to check the unrightuous tendencies of the person. True you need to watch out but please do not conclude. I am of the humble opinion that you must somehow manage to find the Time and place of Birth. Then we can go in the right direction.Perhaps if you can give the details of your DOB,place and time, we can checkabout your marriage too.
