My DOB is August 24, 1968, 12 to 12:05 Noon Kanpur, UP

can some advise me if wearing Neelam to pacify or strenghten the weak saturn in horoscope.......going to help or hurt me.  Have heard it is a very strong stone and starts to work right from 3 seconds of wearing it.  

Having very big obstacles in career and financial matters, no project started end with completion or even small benefits.  

Have been told Saturn and Mangal are both weak on the horoscope.  I did wear red moonga for a while but did not do much or anything to notice.

So wearing neelam might help.
