Here are some interesting questions?

1. If every planet looks at itself and the 7th house from itself, shouldn't a debilitated planet technically look at the house it would have been exalted at?

This type question is related to a husband or a wife,when one wife want to see her husband and when one husband want to see his wife.Perhaps you can understand this question.

Hi,

Yes it does.

Some frther thoughts.

The debilitated planet aspects his exaltation sign. It therefore casts an influence on whatever the sign stands for. The debilitated planet does not get exalted, or get power by aspecting the exalted sign.

Again a debilitated planet could want to seek exaltation.
