as far as the display pic is concerned... it is called avatar in internet lingo..  for this go to ur CP... the link is given at the top of this page... there at the bottom is the avatar control panel...  upload any pic from ur machine... or select some from the gallery... however the pic sholud not be very large...  it should not be more than 5 - 6 kb
