Hi i am giving my brothers birth details.

it has been told that he has got special signs on his palm and legs.

birth details are as follows

DOB 4th April, 1979
Time 14:35
Place of birth Kolar

now he is facing problem financially also.

pls. suggest remedies and detail on the horoscope and special signs.

If the given birth time is exact, then his lagna comes to cancer and moon is in Gemini.

Degree of moon is 20.02.14.

He need to save money. That is the only remedy I can suggest as Saturn in Leo is going to create more problems in the next 2 years which has ability to create a huge disaster.

Tell him to be careful about money as he is spending it to create problems for the other persons.

i would like to bring to ur notice that moon is located in 2nd house i.e. in Leo along with Rahu and Saturn.

can u pls. predict again.

Birth Place is Kolar in Karnataka having 78.08 North and 13.08 East.

I have seen his hora chart and Saturn is in his lagna.

When Saturn is creating problems, rahu and moon are not going to help him.

Even,I wanted him to be in good financial position, but I can't save him from this trouble.

I have made change in the degree of moon.
