Question:  Inspite of efforts, no improvement/PROMOTION  in job
               , no children, no money, no construction of  house though  
               staying in office quarters, no peace, quarrels with
               in-laws, parents etc though doing my duties to them.

               Why life is going like this when all counterparts are
               enjoying life with good events.

               I was offered promotion in June 2007 last week with
                the condition to come to Delhi for ever which I refused
                as I suffered for 8 years of Delhi climate and do not
                want to move out of Bangalore.

                Shall I try for pvt job in IT.  Considering my age it is
                 difficult unless luck prevails.

                Totally confused without any event in my life.  Pl. advise.

ur going through sade sati. moreover in ur birthchart moon is with ketu where ketu is presently placed. nothing will improve now. u have to wait for 3 years. never mind. try wearing a red coral 10 carat in copper or gold in ur ring finger. u should also wear redish diamond on the other hand in the ring finger.if u cant then try wearing an american diamond in silver. u should also wear a burmese pearl in ur index finger to improve ur job prospects. never change ur job now as it will be more detrimental.  try wearing the gems that i have said.
