For past few months I have been constantly worried and depressed about my health. I am planning to go for a medical test/checkup anytime from August to November this year.

RishiRahul ji, please advice any auspicious dates or periods.  (I was told not do the tests in September)
Will the results be good? Am I worried for no real reason?

Transit Saturn in the 8th from lagna over the next 2 years generally uncovers health problems. Generally at the age of 32 health problems are not thought of.

Again why do you need to consult an astrologer for such a trivial matter, like a check up which should be done every six months?

Presently you dot have any transit which is critically adverse for health matters. But you are worried about your health etc. since 2005 is clear from you chart. You are more worried since late February this year.

Your health will trouble this year particularly in terms of chronic trouble. So what, if the reports are bad, take precaution in that area! And do keep us informed of your report.

Go for a medical test/checkup as soon as you can i.e. tomorrow.

Concentrate on health matters and don't think about other sectors of life i.e. relationships,wealth,parents etc. until you get well . If you pay attention to all the sectors,your health condition will not improve.
