Second marriage prediction

How is second marriage seen from a natal chart?

Take specific example of this janam kundli to explain please:

DOB: 3 Dec 1972
TOB: 8:57 a.m.
Place: New Delhi

The s/l of the IX is Saturn,posited in Mars star Rahu sub...
  Mars is in XI and Rahu is in I...

Also, the VIIth csl is Mercury,a dual planet,posited in a dual
  sign...indicating a second marriage. Mercury is a significator of II,VII & XI and also VI & X...showing discord and separation...

Any comments/additions/negations? Also how would one know the timing for the same?
