My date of birth 24th April, 1972. My moon sign is Leo(Simha) and lagna is Capricorn(makara). I heard that now Saturn is on LEO and it is very hard time. Anybody can help me what I should do and what should be the remedy.

Some Astrologers say that Sadesathi is only when the Saturn transit Langna but some say when Saturn transit Rasi. Sadesathi is when Saturn transits 12th,1st or 2nd houses. Right now Saturn is in Sinha Rasi. Till the Saturn passes your native Moon(say your Star is Magha 3rd quarter, between 6'40" - 10', when Saturn passes 10') things will change for better(less problems).
Now the Jupiter ins in the 4th house from your Rasi and it moves to 5th house(Dhanu) in 2 months time. Then you will have a much better time.
