marriage is not fully ruled out but as your 7th house falls in rahu ketu axis and the lord of this house, the sun, is severly afflicted by rahu.. there are definite problems regaridng it

moreover the eclipse combination aspects the 7th house in full strength and the lord of the ascendent, saturn, whose period is in progress is deblitated and is with his arch enemy mars.. indicating the instability bof the current period... indicating that even if the marriage takes place.. u wont derive any satisfaction from it
