for your cousin 7th lord is Rx and exalted and on 8th lord's star who is in 3rd (2nd bhava)with rahu and is also Rx(sat)
marriage will come late

mars being significator of both 7th and 8th houses is denying marriage so rahu-jup-mars period will give only delays and dissappointments
saturn will give marriage but afters some delay

guy's chart shows marriage around november

even though delayed, they'll have no problems after marriage

cant comment on what kinda match it is but it'll happen after many hurdles sometime around november
