I would like to tell you that i was good in studies till 7th Standard, after that I lost my father in the year 1990, & everything in life changed & became terrible , I completed 12th & i was an average student , tried diploma and quit it in the middle  ,again tried for graduation but my mind was not working & atlast i quit studies & started job in the year 1998.

Cud you give the dates of both the events.

The reason for this is that there can be 3 siddhamsha lagna in the navamsha, 2 dwadashamsha and also the dashamsa changes.

We are very sure about the Lagna being Mithuna and vargottama Lagna.

But this navamsha is from 17:34:16 to 17:49:21.
So to narrow down i took a look at your D-24 for the birth time i.e. 17:45
But we saw that the chart (d-24) doesnt match with actual events.
so we move the Lagna of d-24 back to the previous sign.
with this we get Shani in the 4th house which is not good for education, but not bad enough to cause a break or something, the 4th lord in the 6th house is also not bad, remember it is also thr first lord.
The the college level education is see from 9th house and it falls in Kumbha, it lord is Rahu and it is with Mangal and Ketu.
It is bad but not enough to cause a stop.
If we move it even back to Vrishabha - 4th house falls in Simha and its lord in the 7th with the 5th lord Budha is not promising for education, it shuld cause a break or stoppage, Guru in the 4th will make it continue.
The 9th house has Mangal and the nodes, Rahu is also the 10th lord this causes breaks and stops the education (Ketu antar dasa in Guru Mahadasa).  
This gives a range between 17:32:23 to 17:38:01

The Dasamsha during this range can be Meena or Kumbha.
You first joined job during Ketu Antardasha of Guru Mahadasa.
Ketu should be connected to the 5th and 10th house for this to happen (d-10). For Meena lagna Ketu is not connected to Chandra nor the 10th house.
If Kumbha is taken then Ketu is 10th lord and is aspected by Budha the 5th lord. The pratyantar is of Rahu during this  (sept 1998) and Rahu is connected to the fifth lord by conjunction. Rahu as Lagna lord in the 9th shows you like to be your own boss and connection of the 5th lord shows contract jobs.
All this shows the birth time to be between 17:34:16 to 17:35:46.

1st of all thank you very much for the reply,but sir i did not get you properly, I guess that mine is a Mithun Lagna. Sir Astrologers have predicted that i will have problems regading issues ie:(child birth)(being a father)
Sir please let me know about the future according you, I also want to quit this job & start some business, telling you more , that mine is a love marriage, me & my spouse met on 23-12-1996.
Due to my insecure, possesive & suspicious nature , there is friction in our life , sir due to this I cannot concentrate on my professional life. I have also lost confidence, that I used to have.
Sir my life changed since 1998, May be I have started to earn but I lost confidence & now i think that this job is not good for me.
