Can someone highlight the effect of ketu in capricorn ascendant house?
And also the effect of four planets (Sun-moon-jupiter-saturn) in 9th house.

I'd also like to know what factors are to be taken in what priority to determine the career of an individual. In my own case, 10th house has mercury. Would this be the only factor that would determine the career or are there any other factors which add to it.
