I am not expert nor knowledgeble person in this field. Whatever little I know and when I could not corelate the same to the real situation I try to find out answers to them. If you or anybody else can still analyse, it is welcome. It will help in lessening somebody's anxiety.

when someone puts a content which is not relevent with subject or topic of the forum is called a SPAM. It could be advertisement, a product or anything like that.

The abovesaid stuff to which I called a "SPAM" is a software, the person wants to advertise it. There is a separate section for it and link sharing (a kind of web marketing strategy). If it is available there why this person is posting here. It is a disturbence.
