You are focusing on what seems good but missing to note the following:
Rahu in lagna
Lagnesh debilitated in 3rd and retrograde which makes you hasty at times and you take risks that are not really well thought out. Also saturn is in star of weak venus in ninth which afflicts bhagya in your case.

thanx a lot ranjanji...i remember reading ur in astroexpert website longtime back..site has been disabled seems nowdays..anyways..
could u please guide how will the transits of jupiter saturn n rahu ketu b after this oct...
everyone is assuring me that natal jupiter transit will be excellent caeeerwise n financial ly ...also i have diamond..whts the minimum weight..finger to wear..day nd metal....but the major doubt is will it help sice venus dasa is over already nd sun-mercury statrts frm december ..thanx again
