1. It is the 9th lord has to be in kendra in its own sign, or exalted.
2. Bhava karaka for 9th house (Jupiter) and its placement in the chart.
3. Strength of Moon and Sun.
4. And placement of Sri Lagna in the chart with Ghatika lagan, and or Arudha lagna.

Jupiter being bhava karaka for three important houses: 1st, 5th, & 9th. So its placement is very important. Any bad planets in the 9th house also affect native's fortune.

As per definition, there is Lakshmi yoga present in the horoscope, but only partially because the planets concerned are not occupying a Kendra, swakshetra or exhaltation sign. But since  the combination is in the benefic 2nd house, and their sign dispositor Saturn is Vargottama, it bestows movable n immovable properties for the native and also gains thro stock market. There is no aspect of Rahu on the 2nd house. It is my humble opinion that Rahu/Ketu have no aspect (drishti) as they are chaya grahas/shadow planets because they cause eclipses. They give results according to their association with other planets, owner of house of occupation / star occupied by them. However Rahu’s exhaltation is in Tauras n Ketu’s in Scorpio. As per  the dictum “Kujawad ketu, saniwad Rahu” these planets give the results of Kuja n Sani respectively.Though Rahu gives sudden wealth during his dasa if well placed, Ketu generally doesn’t. Ketu gives mystic powers n make good tantrics if well placed in the chart.

As per the horoscope of the native you are referring to, Rahu dasa is not likely to happen and Ketu dasa is long way from now. Since the malefic effects will manifest mainly during their dasa, there is no need to worry. The malefic effect may be partially felt during their bhukti,s. Rahu occupies visaka, star ruled by Jupiter and Chandra occupies Swathi which is ruled by Rahu himself. These are redeeming features. Guru in close conjunction with Ketu in the 4th suffers Chandala yoga likely to cause impediments to progress. The following one time remedies are generally suggested to overcome this:-
1. Visit the famous Shiva temple at Kalahasthi( Near Tirupathy) and perform “Sarpa dosha parihara” and return home directly without visiting any other place/ house.If possible perform “Camphor Abhishek” to shivling there. These are not very expensive rituals.
2. Feed a cow with soaked rice( for Chandra)and Urad dhal(for Rahu)&jaggery  for 9 Mondays.

Sani dasa/ Sukra bhukti is running till Dec 2009.Sani being lagna lord n sign dispositor of Sukra& Budha in the 2nd forming Lakshmi yoga,the benefits will be realized during the entire dasa of Sani barring some Bhukti’s.
