The female child's DOB is Oct 27, 2004 at 10:04am EST in Hackensack, New Jersey, USA. The child has a deformity of the head, face and eyes. Will it be corrected? if so, when?

The problem is mainly due to the influence of lagnaadhipathi Mars, which is badly afflicted.  Prayers to  Subramanya would certainly cure the problem. It appears the LEFT side is more effected than the right. LEFT eye of the child is affected. There are certain problems with left ear too. Kindly confirm if it is so.
