According to Horoscope,

Saturn and Mars are doing 1-6 Combination. It is causing the delay for the Marriage. But beleive me in such cases, delayed Marriage probabaly around the age of 28 or more are better (In many cases it happens at that time only). If atall Native tries to get married by Hook or Crook it brings very bad result.

I know it becomes difficult to accept such a situation but it is the only safe gateway. Don't worry your partner will good and kind.

Secondly, New Saturn (Changed Sign to Leo) will be better for you. There will be a lift in carrier and you will be settled down after a brief period of one to one and half year. Yes, "Rukmini Swayamwar" will do in most of the cases. I have seen results in 3-6 months. In some rare cases upto 2 years also. I do not claim that it is the only Solution but yes, it is probably one of the best.
