i've already seen some problems with point 2 above.

parents who fixed 'RIGHT' time for cesarian operations and tried to give birth to kids with so-called 'rajayogas' have suffered a lot after that...may be karma got transferred

Vamsee you are absolutely correct. One cannoot change the fate by doing cesarian, that is why if you go deep into jaimani astrology, the time and place of conception and the birth of chart  of the child is rectified based  on that. It is great and quiet difficult to get that

but even then people try to give the doctor the good time for the operations? and it also says...that suitable time hastens recovery? does it really work? i am not doubting...but this is all new to me.

In the Article Saturn rang the death Knell for Pramod Mahajan, Mr. R K Varma, candidly explained the astro factors responsible for such a bad event to happen to Pramod Mahajan. To me it appears Mars also did play its role. Mars is natural Bhratrukaraka. In the horoscope of Promod Mahajan, the planet Mars is seen to placed in Scorpio, which is the negative house owned by Mars. Scorpio, incidentally is the 6th house, is the house of enemy. Mars from its natal position casts its evil aspect the 12th house and the Ascendant.  The 3rd Lord Sun is in the 12th house to the Bhratrukara Mars in Libra, with an evil association of Ketu, which is responsible for creating such an madness in the mind of Pravin Mahajan. Mars from Pisces was aspecting the Bhagyastana in the Natal chart, where even the influence of 8th lord Saturn is seen. The Bhratrukarka posited in the enemies house , with the 3rd Sun being weak in poorvapunyasthana, being aspected by 8th Lord Saturn , gave a weak brother, with disturbed mind and killer instinct and made Pravin an enemy No 1  Mars is in Vargottama position in the chart getting more strength. Mars in Navamsa also casts its evil aspect on the SUN placed in the 4th house and 12th house to the place where SUN is posited is being aspected by Mruthyu karaka Saturn, thus giving discomfort to mother because of the family fued between brothers. For Gemini and Virgo, Mars is considered to evil as per the standard dictum. Even in Astamsa Mars is placed in the 8th house strongly in Aries, aspecting the Sun in Cancer.

Now going by the transit chart, It could be very well noticed that Mars was transiting Gemini transiting over the Natal Ascendant, but the 3rd Lord SUN was seen exalted under the influence of natal Rahu, which again got the Pravin’s mind corrupted. The Lord of Enemy , that too being the Bhratrukarka was transiting over the Natal ascendant on that day,  Moreover the Bhadakastanadhipathi Jupiter in retrograde motion was transiting over the Sun and was also casting its aspect over the transiting SUN in Aries. Mars from Gemini  was casting its evil aspect on the Natal Jupiter and 8th house, while Natal Mars was seen casting evil aspect on the transit Mars in Gemini.

Could there be anything more the malefic mars could have played in the life of Pramod Mahajan?
