hi i am anup..i am quite concerned about the position of mars in my horoscope..its in the 4th house which makes me a manglik right..my birthday is on 13th NOv 1983..time 21.30..place 9n23, 76e34, India..can some one please tell me how would my marriage be..and is the position of mars in the 4th house very powerful..tht i should marry only a manglik ..plz reply
