A Question about Bhava / Chalit Chart, Mysticism, reading, forums, Numerology, Sun Signs, Divination

I am posting 2 charts namely chart 1 and chart 2.

My question is Venus is placed in 9 th house in Bhava chart.And since 6 th and 7th cusp fall in Taurus and cusp of 11 th house falls in Libra how do you interpret it ( chart 2)?

Please comment on my interpretations i.e lord of 6 th , 7th and 11 th i.e Venus is in 9 th house.And secondly Jupiter owns 4 th house ONLY so lord of 4 th in5 th house.

Or

Would you consider Venus as lord of 7 th and 12 th house placed in 9 th

Dear Moderator,
The point I made here was not whether the Horoscope is correct .The point was for the given coordinates how would one interpret it.The DOB was not mentioned because the the person did not want it to be published.
