when payal sound is heard in house is it ghost or goddess? how to know it? just saw a interesting program on news hence asking.

good question. when you hear such sound pray to lord hanuman and Godess durga. "ohm sri mahadurgaye namaha" and "ohm sri anjaneyaya namaha" 10 times. if you dont hear sound then its soul of someone who is trying to reach you. there is some message for you.

if you hear still the sound of payal then you are living in  place where neighborhood has godess temple and she is on night walk.. dont worry about sound..her blessings on you

what if u hear it during day... the goddess doing day walk ? and its a news program so i can't tell them to do the mantra but yes i think there was a  temple nearby the house in the village in the video. does it mean the goddess wants something from them? or is she residing in their house?

Can human communicate with ghost / soul?

NO one in this earth will tell what THE GOD will want to do and what not. But I can tell from my feeling that GOD did not make payal sound to attract people to him.

I don't think GOD wear payal for day walk.

and about the ghost, yes they create sound, but I am not talking about the payal sound which is not possible to do for them. ghost create sound or do some other activity to telling you that soul is present in there and maybe that soul want help from you and maybe that soul do not want you in there.
