Is it bad or good if Saturn is exhalted and combust?, Mysticism, reading, forums, Numerology, Sun Signs, Divination

For example, let's say Saturn is in house 12 Libra, which makes Saturn exhalted, BUT is combust by Sun in house 1 Scorpio. Saturn is also Lord of 4th, which links to property and assets. Does that mean unfortunate loss of assets or fortunate gain of assets?

All in all, is it a bad or good thing for Saturn to be exhalted in 12 but COMBUST?

Yes in your case Saturn in 12th will put few BAD effects like realtion with mother or the company of mother but they'll be minimized as it is in exalted position . You'll receive GOOD effects like you can acquire property on a far place from your native region. or you can inherit the property from your distant relation like from your Grand Parents.
I don't think combust with SUN will play any major role here.
