Asc is considered to be body. Moon is considered to be mind

when Asc- Moon is in 6-8, 2-12 combinations in chart, Does that imply body and mind in contradiction to each other?  

any experiences with the charts? Does the decision making ability of people will be delayed, lot of confusions etc? is there lot of difference in their talk and act?

Yes, moon in such positions from lagna would see the mind and the body in some disharmony.

More so, If moon is in the 8th. from lagna (marankarak sthana): which adds to confusions to the mind. At early life or later... depends upon on dasas.

The 8th. is the worst. The others depend upon aspects I think.

Leo Moon and Capri Asc: here moon is 12th lord from moon sign. Leo is fiery sign , capri is earthy sign

Libra Moon and Taurs Asc: Moon is 10th lord from moon sign. Libra is airy sign whereas Taurus is earthy sign

Gemini Moon and Scorpio Asc: moon in airy sign where as Asc in water sign

Libra Asc and Virgo Moon: Asc in airy sign whereas moon in earthy sign.

Saggi Moon and Cancer Asc:  8th lord moon in moon sign.

Take mine its 9:5 it’s very much in harmony. Stability is the key, I do take them and stick with them. Make blunders and relocate quickly. No dispute over harmony or the transparency plainly visible to outside on this positioning alone

Since Sun also placed in Ascendant there is certain spark. But many questions to outside, anyway transparency is the key in my chart. (You will be seen as you are) perhaps only hindered by Saturn.

Also Mercury and Mars are little depressed something to be concerned about.

But remember it’s “you are what you make out to be” and chart depicts the kind of combinations you can be.
