I feel there has to be connection with Arudha so that peple shud feel the difference in age..But just an idea.

Since you have confirmed that the native has an older husband, lets try to find points:

(1)As you said that Saturn in in the 7th. from Al....... but this may be a stray case.
Other points which 'MAY' lead to older spouse  from this chart:
(1)Venus saturn conjunct
(2) Darakaraka Jupiter's signs aspected and or posited by Sani in navamsa.
(3) 7th. lord moon in natal chart in sani navamsa with ketu.
Also darakaraka jupiter is in Ketu's star..... just an observation.
(4) darapada (a7), Mars opposes sani in navamsa
Ketu in darapada

Another observation: Rahu in the 5th. house.. and ketu springing up often probably means, not the usual conventional marriage... may be love affair.

P.S: This could be good research where such charts of known persons (probably not celebrities, as navamsa might change due to not very correct birthtimes).
