I have a very basic question regarding astrology and horoscopes.

Let us take a hypothetical case of a woman having a severe mangalik dosha, such that the person who will marry her will be severely afflicted.
Now does this afflition happens after marraige rituals (can be vedic ritual, or rituals of other religions or simply marriage registration) .
If no, then does this afflication happen only after having sex?

If the above woman has sexual relations with a man without marrying him, will that man be afflicted?

Please note that none of the above cases apply to me.
I just want to know the importance of sexual act regarding planetary
afflictions. This is purely out of curiosity and desire to understand different
aspects of astrology.
