Namaste,

I have a general question on vipareet raja yoga. I have it (Saturn is causing it because it's 12th lord placed in 6th). My question is, since yogas fructify during dasas, does that mean vipareet yoga will occur during saturn dasa/bhukti (I am running saturn bhukti now)?

Also what exactly is this yoga, it is always an unfortunate incident (like death etc.) leading to a favorable outcome? Is it always that way?

Namshkaar ahmd ji,

Vipareet raja yoga or VRY is said that if the lord of dusthasthana is placed in dustasthan then this yoga occurs.

It is not always unfortunate it is like some ones loss is another person gain.

For eg. A person selling liquor can be viewed as VRY that particular person gaining money which is affecting health of person who consumes it.

The otherway of expressing is that You have everything but cannot enjoy. It is like you live in a palatial house but the house may not be owned by you. You travel in costly car, but car will not be owned by you. It is that you may have many girlfriends, but you cannot enjoy their company. You may have huge cash with you, but it may not be yours. In simple terms , you appear to have everything but you possess nothing.

Thanks, both of you. But is it true that this or any other yoga produces effect only during bhuktis and dasas? Since I am running Saturn bhukti (and Saturn is causing VRY in my case), must I watch out for surprises, to to speak?
